Trade Program

JoCa Art works with interior designers, architects and real estate developers placing original artwork in residential and commercial projects. Trade partners receive preferential terms on original works and priority access to new paintings. To apply, use the form on the contact page and mention your practice and the project.

Who the program is for

Interior designers specifying art for private residences and hospitality, architects delivering a finished scheme rather than bare walls, and developers furnishing model units, lobbies and amenity spaces. If you place artwork on behalf of a client, this applies to you.

What is available to trade partners

The full catalogue of original oil paintings, from intimate 45 × 45 cm works to 150 × 150 cm canvases that carry a wall on their own. Every piece is unique — oil on canvas, no edition, no reproduction — which matters on projects where the same artwork must not turn up in a neighbouring unit.

Commissions are also possible. JoCa accepts a small number each year, which suits projects needing a specific scale, palette or orientation. Read more about the work on the collecting page.

Why original work on a project

An original painting is the one element of a scheme that cannot be sourced twice. JoCa's work has been exhibited at the Museo de la Ciudad de Mérida, MANIFESTO Gallery in Guadalajara and Pali Galería in Mexico City — the exhibition record is public and verifiable, which is useful when presenting a specification to a client.
