Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS JoCa Art offers flat-rate shipping of $20 for all domestic orders within the U.S., and $10 flat-rate shipping for domestic orders over $250. Please refer to your shipping notification for tracking details and estimated delivery times.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS International orders are shipped via FedEx Economy. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please check your shipping notification for tracking information and delivery updates.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE While we strive to deliver your orders in time for the holidays, we cannot guarantee arrival before December 25th for orders placed on or after November 28th. Thank you for your understanding and support!

SHIPPING POLICY Most artworks ship from our studio within 3-5 business days. However, please allow up to 10 business days before reaching out to customer support. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES Customs clearance may cause delays, and any associated fees or taxes are the customer’s responsibility. JoCa Art is not responsible for customs charges or clearance delays.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS A parcel is considered lost after 15 business days for U.S. orders and 21 business days for international orders. While most deliveries are faster, we can only send replacements once this period has passed.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will need to cover the cost of re-shipping. JoCa Art is not liable for lost orders due to address errors provided at checkout.

ORDER INSURANCE We offer Route Protection insurance for all orders. Route allows you to track packages and provides coverage for theft, loss, or damage in transit. Add Route Package Protection at checkout for full peace of mind. If you choose to remove Route, JoCa Art cannot be held liable for transit issues. Please submit Route claims within 14 days of delivery or shipment, depending on your case.
