Refund Policy
JoCa offers returns on all full-price merchandise within 14 days of fulfillment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, in its original packaging.
To start a return, follow the link here: RETURNS. If your return is accepted, a label will be automatically generated. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from any applicable refunds. For more details on fees for your specific order, please contact support@joca-art.com, as costs may vary based on location and items purchased. Returns sent for reasons other than those specified will not be accepted.
We recommend adding Route Insurance at checkout for smooth replacements or refunds. If your item was damaged, lost, or stolen in transit, file a claim through Route. You can view Route Package Protection policies here.
Once your return is packaged and labeled, drop it off with the carrier or schedule a pick-up. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to inspect and process your return. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
International Returns JoCa does not accept international returns at this time.
Damages and Issues Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue. If you opted for Route, you can handle claims directly through them. Route claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery or shipment.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items JoCa reserves the right to refuse returns. We cannot accept returns:

If the artwork has been altered or damaged due to improper storage or handling
Exchanges The fastest way to get a new item is to return the original and place a new order. JoCa does not offer exchanges for international orders.
Refunds Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
